ITandT BTS Traveler Service Guarantee
Should a traveler and/or agent of the company not be totally satisfied with the services rendered on a particular reservation, ITandT BTS will issue a $50.00 travel voucher to your company and can be applied toward any airline ticket purchase in the future. (Guarantee only applies to satisfaction with the service of ITandT BTS. It does not apply to shortcomings in service provided by other travel vendors such as airlines, hotels, car rental companies, car services, etc.)
ITandT BTS Lowest Airfare Guarantee
ITandT BTS Lowest Airfare Guarantee is our commitment to you that we will offer the lowest fares/rates available. In the unlikely event that we fail to offer the lowest available fare/rate on a particular flight, meeting all of the criteria defined in the reservation record at the time of booking, we will both match the lower fare AND refund the difference between the actual fare paid and the lowest available fare. (This guarantee does apply to Internet or e-saver fares).
ITandT BTS Fare Assurance Guarantee
ITandT BTS will begin to track each client’s itinerary to see if another client books the same itinerary, at a lower price. If another client partner books the same exact itinerary/flight, at a lower price, ITandT BTS will issue a refund for the difference.
