ITandT BTS employs software, which allows our Client Service Representatives instant access to the major internet booking engines. Internet booking vehicles such as Travelocity, Expedia, Orbitz and Sidestep and now instantly accessed by our personnel at the time a reservation request is placed.
When a reservation request takes place the ITandT BTS Client Service Representative can immediately review ALL available pricing options, regardless of where they are listed (GDS or otherwise). By doing this we remove the guesswork that exists as to whether or not all options are being provided.
