Anonymization, or de-identification, is a process of rendering personal data unidentifiable by removing or replacing personal identifiers. ITandT BTS automatically de-identifies data that has been stored in an identifiable form in our system for longer than 2 months.

ITandT BTS commits to cooperate with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) and comply with the potentially biding decision given by such authorities with regard to human resources data transferred from Switzerland in the context of the employment relationship. We use personal information to allow us to process your service requests, provide access to our website, send out newsletters, and enable us to improve the products and services we offer. USE OF PERFORMANCE DATA
From time to time ITandT BTS will transmit customer service survey forms to our clients.
